- In a separate bowl. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil or melted butter, salt, pepper. Paprika (if using). Pour this mixture over the filling in each muffin cup, filling them almost to the top.
- Bake the cupcake böreks in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is set.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly in. Muffin tins before transferring to a serving plate.
- Serve the cupcake böreks warm or at room temperature. They are delicious on their own or served with a side salad.
