1. Cocoa Moist Cake Recipe:
Materials:
For dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of vanillin (optional)
- 1 packet of baking powder

- Half a tea glass of oil
Fabrication:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a rectangular baking dish or line it with baking paper.
- Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add milk and oil and mix well.
- Add sugar, cocoa, vanillin (optional) and salt and mix again.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Make sure the dough is smooth.
- Pour the prepared dough into a greased or baking paper-lined baking dish. You can use a spatula to smooth the surface of the dough.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Check it periodically as oven times may vary.
- While the cake is baking, take milk, granulated sugar and cocoa in a pot to prepare the wet mixture. Add the oil and, stirring, let it boil over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Immediately after the cake comes out of the oven, pour the wet mixture you prepared on it while it is hot. Wait a bit for it to penetrate the cake thoroughly.
- You can optionally sprinkle coconut or grated chocolate on the cake before you start slicing it.
- Wait for the cake to cool completely and serve by slicing.
2. Chocolate Brownies:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 cup of butter
- 1.5 cups of granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Add butter and stir until well combined.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- (Optional) Fold in chopped walnuts using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
3. Cocoa Pudding Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla extract
- Half a cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until it thickens.
- (Optional) Add shredded coconut and stir.
- Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate until set.
- Garnish with additional coconut or grated chocolate before serving.
4. Hot Chocolate Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings or marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan, being careful not to let it boil.
- Add cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- Heat until it’s about to simmer, stirring constantly.
- (Optional) Add chocolate shavings or marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Pour into mugs and optionally top with additional toppings.
