- 250 grams ground beef or lamb

- A pinch of salt and black pepper

Making the Dough:

Cooking the Mantı:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt. Drop the mantı into the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they float to the surface. Once cooked, remove the mantı with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a serving plate.
Serving:
- Arrange the cooked mantı on a serving plate. Top them with yogurt and garlic yogurt sauce if desired. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add red pepper flakes and dried mint to make the topping. Drizzle the butter mixture over the mantı.
