Easy And Delicious Cake: Cake, usually a type of dessert, refers to a dessert made with cream, fruit or various ingredients, and is usually prepared for celebrations on special occasions. The cake may have a structure that usually includes a base layer, layers of filling or icing, and decoration on top.

Easy And Delicious Cake Recipe:

Vanilla Cake Recipe:

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/4 cups whole milk

For the Vanilla Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 or 4 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Making the Vanilla Cake:

a. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.

b. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

c. In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

d. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

e. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.

f. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared pans and smooth the tops.

g. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

h. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

2. Making the Vanilla Frosting:

a. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.

b. Gradually add the powdered sugar, alternating with the milk. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

c. Beat until smooth and creamy.

3. Assembling the Cake:

a. Once the cakes are completely cooled, level the tops if necessary.

b. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of vanilla frosting on top.

c. Repeat with the remaining layers, creating a layered cake with frosting between each layer.

d. Frost the entire cake with the remaining vanilla frosting.

4. Decoration and Presentation:

a. Decorate the cake as desired. You can use additional vanilla frosting, sprinkles, or edible flowers.

b. Slice and serve this delicious vanilla cake to enjoy!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 and 1 or 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 or 2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 or 4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Making the Chocolate Cake:

b. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

d. Gradually add boiling water to the batter while stirring. The batter will be thin, but that’s okay.

e. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

f. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

a. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.

b. Sift in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

a. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of chocolate frosting on top.
